Actually the Covenant is the name for Elites, Brutes, Jackals, Grunts, And so on. But id say master chief to because I think 1 bullet from an assault rifle trough the head is enough.

But if the Master Chief wants a gun he has to kill a Elite who are even more bada*s then Spartans so energy sword is no option. He can just assassinate him.
Definitely The Chief, I don't think there is any argument to be made, Ben is a kid and Master Chief is a genetically enhanced warrior trained to kill. Chief has more experience and was picked to be the best of the best to kill aliens.
Ben 10 has all those aliens, and even one of them can grow very large and step on Master Chief, so I'll say Ben 10 would win.
You're talking about Humongousaur. Let me break it down: Big and clumsy with melee attack vs. small and fast with ranged attack. Ben tries to stomp, Chief does a duck-and-roll to one side and fires a rocket into Ben's chin, resulting in an explosive uppercut. Or Chief could just pop a bubble shield and let Ben knock himself out trying to break it.
