To get an armatar first go to the top of the website. Make sure your logged in. Then look to where it says liampje and it has your armatar (Profile picture). After that click control panel. Then from there go to the tab that says armatar and pick one. Then scroll down and click update armatar.

& Just to clarify, you can't upload your own pictures, only armatars, which AceofSky has explained.
