The follow are going to seem rudimentary, but actually are important bits of information for us to help fix the issue.

Questions:
- You're seeing this issue on Safari on OS X. What version of Safari?

- What version of Flash Player is running? You can find this via this link -- look in the "Version Information" field in the middle right side of your screen. Example screenshot.

- Have you tried Chrome or Firefox yet? Did the games work in either of those browsers?

I have been getting the same message over the last week or so. I can log into my main Armor account, but when I play certain games I get the "Services temporarily unavailable" message.

I use Chrome as my browser and I never had any problems using it on this site until recently. Today, I tried using Internet Explorer and everything worked normally.

If you're having trouble on Safari, then it seems like several browsers may be having issues atm. I hate IE, but I may have to use it for the time being since it seems to functioning correctly.

Chrome had its own issue recently, which may or may not have caused your recent issues, jayzanachli: a recent release of Chrome included a buggy version of the Flash player that prevented ActionScript2-coded games from receiving keystrokes (ActionScript3 games worked just fine). The Chrome team released a fixed version of the Flash player about a week ago.

As IE worked, but Chrome did not, that might point to an issue with WebKit -- Chrome and Safari are both built on WebKit.

Ok my version says: Version 5.0.4 (5533.20.27)
then the flash player says: You have version 10,3,181,14 installed

@theschles The easiest way to fix this problem is by telling the user to delete his cookies. This should resolve the issue. Thanks

KWH: Please try Justin's suggestion.

You should also consider upgrading your Flash player to the latest version: 10.3.183.7
