it doesnt matter. if a mod says something, its obviously right and should not be questioned.
Mods are not absolute. Asking a question should never be punished. Forums are areas for discussion and if a mod says something to a user that user can certainly ask for clarification. But this is getting off the topic of this particular forum, so this is the last I will say on it here...
Anyway, as I was about to before I had my stubborn brat moment: This thread is being locked for inviting to spam, being rather unspecific, as some of these posts have shown, and because this got off topic really fast, and most likely will continue to be.
We did have an announcement board once, properly moderated and all, but nah. And if you need to announce something for your clan or group or something, may I suggest getting a small off-site forum for that sort of thing? It works a lot better.
