On the "Community" page, there is the section "Last Posts" that show last posts in topics of certain forum sections, right? | Topics | Posts | Last Posts (ie: The Tavern | X | Y | Z )
Anyway, I recently noticed that a few necro topics started to appear under the Last Posts place. That means: Topics with 2 months old posts appear as the more recently posted!
Is that happening to the whole site or my computer is going "cuckoo"?
It's a glitch, it has been there for as long as the "41 years ago" glitch. It is rather annoying, but considering this has been an issue since the dawn of this site, I doubt it will be fixed before AG3 is launched, possibly with the new forum.
Yes I have made a thread about this before and it was answered. Quite an annoying bug. I also hate how threads who were just posted on recently and show up on the last post slot, don't show as the first thread on the actual topic.
I think that a solution to this would fit just fine. Last days I've been noticing a massive Necro Bumping by AG users that didn't remembered to check the last post date.
I, myself, ALMOST posted in a thread by kacboy that contained those stuff you paste in your profile (cross, the AG shield, etc.). I just avoided posting there when I checked the last post: 2009.
It didn't seem that massive to me, but that might just be because of all the falsely reported "necros" on Strop's profile I have looked through. But it is generally an idea to check the date. I also believe this thread has been answered, so I will lock it now, so it won't be necroed later.
