Eevrytime I go on the site and play a game, it loads the game again, which is annoying and wasting bandwidth. Is there away for the computer to save the flash so I doesn't have to load everytime I play it?

I went to Setting in Flash (by right-click) and allow it Unlimited space on my drive, but that doesn't seem to do anything

It depends on what game your playing, not all games will save your progress.

you are missing the point. I am not asking about the save game.

I am asking about saving the flash file so I don't need to wait for the site to load 20MB everytime I play Last stand

Sorry about that lol.

That little bar you find when you right click is how much space the game can save your progress on your computer. You can't save the flash file without downloading the game, there is no link for that. Looks like you're out of luck.

You can download a flash. All you need to do is rightclick on the Page and view the source and search for .swf, in the Example of last stand that would be: /files/games/the-last-stand-union-12009.swf
Now you only have to append this string to www.armorgames.com, so your flashfile would be at www.armorgames.com/files/games/the-last-stand-union-12009.swf
Voila. Now save this page as something.swf and there you go. But not every game works like this, i wont go into detail now how to make em work. Have fun!

If you have an add-on like un-plug, you can save the flash file to your computer (although you would need the correct flash program to play it).

wasting bandwidth

I'm pretty sure this isn't true. I think your browser downloads all the data it needs from flash right when it loads the page, the loading screen is flash preparing the graphics so that it will load faster while playing.

Thank you all. At least now I am confirmed that there's no "readily available" method to do it, such as enabling in Settings somewhere

@master565: I am sure everytime a game is loaded, the whole flash file is being downloaded again. I know this for sure, because on a more powerful computer, on a restricted network, it takes longer for the progress bar to fill up than on the less powerfull computer with better/faster internet connection

I have a GREAT idea for you ...

If you are using ( Mozilla Firefox ) you can use an add-on such as :-

- Flash Video Downloader
- Download Flash and Video
- Flash get

Just use this link

[url=https://addons.mozilla.org/ar/firefox/search/?q=flash+games&cat=1%2C0&x=0&y=0]

Hope it works for you...

thank you, but some games are sitelocked, so if you play locally on the computer, it doesn't work.

What I want to for Armorgames to secretly store the files permanently on the computer somewhere, so when I go on armorgames to play, it doesn't have to load. But it seems this is not possible.

Thanks for offering to help though

Your computer should be cache'ing the file, but aside from that, I've worked with flash, every time there's a loading bar, it's preparing the graphics. Unless it downloads it while it's loading (which doesn't seem possible), then it downloads the file when it loads the URL. The reason it may take longer on computers with worth connection is because during this process, it may need some save data stored on AG's servers, or that it's trying to finish loading the rest of the page.

You can download but not all games will work locally.
