Alright, this here's my first shot at writing a walkthrough, so don't ya'll go giving me a brain hemorrhage if it isn't quite up to your standards. I would appreciate you rating and critiquing it though. Hope it helps.

Rubble Trouble New York Walkthrough
Game by Nitrome
Level 1 - Just blast between the stacks of charges, then finish off the middle
Level 2 - Drill down, not over. Set the first two just inwards of the two little peaks on the roof, then one down the middle.
Level 3 - Forget about hitting that funnel up top, youâll waste more time that way. Place the cannon at the furthest position where it still faces the building, as opposed to being backwards. Target the little exposive facade, three or four hits at 120 degrees and half power should do it. Then mortar one or two over the wall at 110 degrees and 1/4 power to finish it off.
Level 4 - Start the chopper right over the first charge and go straight down, then just really flail it around at close range. The job can easily be finished in one tank of fuel.
Level 5 - Blow the center of the glass first, then hit facing support beams in rapid succession. Be sure to leave a delay between levels so the guy on the roof doesnât fall too fast. Hit one of the top supports last, so the wedge will tip and drop Larry, then do the last small beam to complete the level.
Level 6 - Hit the top middle, right? Well, you can, and youâll use three or four missiles that way. Or, you can target the notches directly below each of the outstretched beams and finsh in two shots.
Level 7 - Destroy the small center tower with nitro, but donât set off the preset charges. Next, blast the INNER half of one of the large towers and use a proximity burst to loosen the outside. The steel part will collapse inside. Repeat for opposite column, then shoot the nitro at the bottom from the middle. Remember to use nitro to hit any large pieces of debris in midair. You wonât really need the missiles here.
Level 8 - Use both missiles to destroy one of the columns, leaving the other intact. Use the helo to break the other column right where it connects to the large section. It will tip to a sharp angle. Use the chopper to upend that part; Barry falls off. Push everything back into the cordoned area and BRING THE THUNDER WITH AIRSTRIKES!
Level 9 - Use nitro to loosen the blocks from the walls so that they will fall straight onto the platforms where they can be destroyed without as much risk. Use the helicopter to get the safes and drop them on the far sides of the area. Remember, you can hit debris in midair with nitro.
Level 10 - Explode a nitro at each upper corner, right inside the steel angle pieces. This will make sure they donât get in the way later. Blow one nitro at the top of the âT,â and set the last one off to one side of the base so it will fall on its side. Finish with airstrike.
Level 11 - Set the cannon as close to the target as possible. Set elevation at 93 degrees and power one notch before full.
Level 12 - Blow out the glass at the bottom with nitro first, then go up. Hit the bottom of each glass section starting at the bottom and be sure to do facing sides in quick succession. When the stack gets low enough, blow out the right side so the Larrys fall down the ramp, then just clean up any leftovers.
Level 13 - Use the grabber to knock out the legs on the small tower at the base, then drag and position it so itâs upside down in the cordoned area. Use an airstrike on it. Repeat for large tower, except take out the legs about halfway up. If the airstrikes donât quite get everything, which can happen just based on what altitude the planeâs at, exactly where the sections of tower are, etc., you still have one airstrike and the cannon, plus the grabber to set up the clean up.
Level 14 - Blow out the lower glass segment and the small area of charges facing it on the left. The steel with the upper glass and the steel with Larry should slide down partway. Carefully shoot the top of the glass so that the top steel falls down and sets evenly. Use the grabber to latch on to the steel with Larry at about the midpoint so that it is balanced; carefully lower it to the ground at let Larry slide off. Go to town on whatâs left.
Level 15 - Carefully use nitro to knock off the outer edges of the glass slab with the Larrys, then blow the first four blocks off glass on the top center of the building and the center of the slab abov it. This will allow the Larrys to fall into the gap in the structure. Shoot the next four or five blocks of glass, but make sure not to hit the Larrys. Next, blow out the areas at the base with the doors, but leave at least one block intact to hold the building up. Hit the glass around the steel wedge at the base, then break the final glass between the Larrys and the wedge. They will fall, slide down the steel and into the gaps in the base, and walk away. Destroy whatâs left.
Level 16 - Set the cannon at the far left edge of the site. Set elevation to 146 degrees and power at just between 1/3 and 1/2 (it does take a little dialing in).
Level 17 - Take out the lone piece of glass holding the second beam from the top. It will settle onto the block below. Shoot the small piece holding the ball of safes, but donât hit the safes or they will come apart and get stuck. The ball will roll onto the afore loosened beam. Blow up the block; the beam will tilt and the ball will travel down the ramp and onto the next beam. Take out the piece holding the counterweight the same way as with the safe. Once both balls are on the beam, destory the small wedge that is holding it. The safes and the counterweight will roll onto the ground; blow up both to complete.
Level 18 - Use nitro to shoot the post. Once the upper mass is on the ground, destroy one side of it and use one charge to loosen the steel crest on the other side; it should settle to one side. Use the wrecking balls helicopter, not the ball, to push the crest away. Nitro the rest of the structure around the central steel part. Take the grappling claw and use it to slowly flip the inner steel ball with the Larrys in it so they can get to the ground.
Level 19 - Use nitro or missiles to thoroughly shatter the right facade and roof so that there is no large debris. Shoot the preset charges, and use the grabber to set the steel beam at about 40-45 degrees of angle. Take out the lone glass block holding Larry up, and down he slides. Clean up anything you missed with nitro.
Level 20 - Drill left to right between the top two rows of windows, then go into the gap you just made and drill down through the two left columns of windows. Next, drill across the tower below the steel uprights. The building will fall and tip over to the left, away from the fireworks sheds. Use drills and/or airstrikes to finish.
Level 21 - You have eight missiles, and youâll need every one of them. If you miss, just restart because you canât win with fewer. The trick is simply to navigate the missiles through the maze of steel beams to strike and destroy the walls with preset charges and drop the safes to the ground in the process. It is a little harder than it looks, and you will need a steady hand.
Level 22 - Set up the chaingun and UNLEASH HELL!!!!! Shoot away all the facade pieces on both sides before detonating the explosives. Make sure to free the steel upper corners and drop them to ground level first as well.
Level 23 - Those steel earmuffs actually help. Blow facing charges starting at the top so the wedge piece will fall evenly. When it reaches the bottom, blow up one of the âlobbyâ looking areas so the wedge will tip and let off the Larrys. Shoot the remainder of the post on that side. Destroy the opposite post, but make sure to destroy it all in midair so that no debris escapes and strikes the other buildings.
Level 24 - For the top safe, shoot from the middle of the right at about 87 degrees and full power. For the two mid-way up on the right, fire from the same position at 69 degrees and half power. For the two lower safes, 45 degrees and half pwer is more than sufficient. Now, for those charges in the middle of the base. You can shoot from the far left at 100 degrees and 1/3 power, or, and I really hope this isnât considered a cheat, you can set the cannon between the steel uprights right on the explosives! Not sure why itâs that way though...
Level 25 - Position the thumper at the center of the buildings base. The blocks are offset, so once you start you canât stop without the structure swaying into the other buildings. The only way to succeed is to trigger the thumper when the buildings sway brings it to a straight vertical position; otherwise you just worsen the sway and end up hitting other structures.
Level 26 - Use the missiles to destroy the two non-explosive areas on the sides. Be sure to target the missiles for the center of the sections. Then use the thumper to set off the preset charges. Thatâs all.
Level 27 - Drill across the top on an even level with the middle of the right piece of steel, then drill down from the gap to destroy the insides. Drill across the top just under the steel âlidâ to get that area, and that will give you enough score to advance without jeopordizing the surrounding structures.
Level 28 - You might need to channel some sniper skills here. Shoot off exectly two blocks from the top arm so that it is shorter than the lower arm. Do not hit the lower arm. Then position the chaingun between the legs of the tower and shoot the inner reinforcements. Next, shoot one block at the base of the LEFT leg and one block at the top of the RIGHT leg. Ths will cause the tower to roll and spill Larry out safely. Shoot up everything left; you need to destroy every block to get enough score.
Level 29 - This one is HARD, and it honestly requires more luck than skill. What find works the most often (about 48% of the time) is to use the wrecking ball to knock some safes off the head of the left tower, then knock the rest of the head into the middle. If you hit the middle fireworks shed, that is actually an acceptable loss and it may even help you, so long as you get every safe, everything falls inward, and nothing hits the other warehouses. Use the wrecking ball to break up the safe balls, and the thumper to clean everything else up. [Sorry I canât provide more help for this level, this is really all there is.]
Level 30 - Finally, the news youâve been waiting for: in this level, Larry is expendable! So donât worry about him. Use three nitros to blast the base of the central column and detonate the preset charges. Next, use the grappling claw to move each of the six explosive/safe blocks into the âblast chamberâ created by the two upright steel beams. Set them off one at a time with nitro. Important: only place and destroy one block at a time, otherwise debris can fly out and hit the buildings. Also important: donât grab explosive blocks with the claw - they will blow up right there.
Level 31 - Think in terms of making a circuit. The first block on the pile must go into the sideways notch on the roof of the structure on the right of the screen. The second block must go on top of the first one in the same position as it was on the stack. The third block should be set directly to the left of the second and positioned so that the double layer of steel is on top. The fourth and final block must be inverted so that the double steel is on the bottom and the single steel is on the left. Place it again directly left of the third block. Make sure that all blocks are touching and setting evenly. Call the airstrike, and if you set everything exactly right, there should be a massive chain reaction.
Level 32 - Use the chaingun to shoot away all of the base and facade on one side, then shoot out the arm holding the torch. With the grabber, position the torch directly against the freshly cleared side and set it off with the chaingun. Or, another option of uncertain legality is to place the chaingun iside the base like in Level 24 and blast away. There is more "cleanup" (extra moving/shooting) required that way though.
