Haha, that's awesome! And I thought I knew Sonny 2, but I have no idea off the top of my head. Good questions though.

Um, I would think that a "Aim for the Heart" stat effected ZPCI soldier or the Real Hobo might inflict the most physical damage. Then again, I haven't beaten like the last two battles yet, so I don't know for sure.

Oh, and cosmic damage isn't the same as magic damage, right?

Incorrect about the most direct damage, and cosmic damage in Sonny 2 is the same as Magic Damage in Sonny 1. For that question, I was thinking of one, but then later realized a much easier one. I'll accept either, of course.

EDIT: It seems you are correct, Felicity will recast it. Another answer is State of Emergency. While the City Council will not recast Duty, they will recast this after 99 turns.
