I played the beta and loved it. Im excited to have it. But a lot of my friends that used to play gow just arent really interested. Will GoW3 be as popular as it used to be?
Personally I can't wait for Gears 3. I lost interest some time after buying Gears of War 2, never finishing the story mode. After the announcement of Gears of War 3, I played through the whole Gears of War 2 story, beating it, and enjoying it. In fact, I was more or less addicted to the Lancer. I adore Horde mode, and it is clearly visible that it paved the way for Firefight (Halo) and Nazi Zombies (CoD). The other multi-player was not too good though. Horde 2.0 looks awesome, and I really want to experience the conclusion of this trilogy. I have already pre-ordered the game at GameStop, and will be visiting my local store this Tuesday to receive my copy.
I am a fan of Gears of War, but not a huge fan. I did not pre-order the special edition of the game. No, only the most amazing games are the ones that I purchase in special editions. (Halo Reach, Mass Effect 3 when it comes out....)
Yeah, i'm gonna get GOW3 as soon as it comes out. It's gonna be awesome and way better than the 2nd one. I'm a cod player, but MW3 isn't coming out for about two months so I'm gonna play Gears in the meantime.
