I like the way the it's skin/fat wrinkles up at the bottom. And the different color eyes are funny. I LIKE IT. But um... what exactly is the thing in the upper left hand corner. It looks like a heart to me. Is it?
Personally I think it looks better on the black, but it is not that bad on the gray either. I cannot really tell what the thing in the corner is either, looks like a heart to me too.
Is that your symbol on the back or just a random symbol you made up?
Thanks. Was it the pathetic, tired threat or just because you didn't like any of the art on the last page?

It looks a bit eerie up close in the original resolution, but as long as it looks funny/cute/uglycute somehow, it should be fine. And yes, a heart. A badly and quickly drawn heart, but there was a deadline and some sleep to catch up to.

Zophia shares the same opinion with the black version being better. I kinda like the grey version better for two reasons: It is grey and it hides the un-cleaned lines and faults in the outline of the monster.

Nope, dA logo. I think one of the rules was to not include any personal logos or symbols in the design, considering this should be able to be sold by dA. I would have done it better, but once again, the time limit got the better of me. Alternately, I might need to make up some kind of logo, should I start making some money off of my obsession.
Both look really nice. You got my vote! I like the contrast on the gray shirt, but the black shirt looks good too.
Yay, grey vote. Thanks. I kinda doubt I will be able to make it up against the popularity votes, considering I have very few watchers in the first place, and this was finished pretty much on the deadline.
I think he's saying something... Maybe he wants blood?
He loves you so much, but he doesn't quite understand symbols that well. So a dis...embodied? heart instead of the usual symbolic one.

There is only one spot I can see where the grey shirt hides those parts that could have been cleaned up. Right above the claws on the feet. Could have just run an eraser tool over it... Still like the black better.
It does make the blob of green under its butt almost invisible as well. And yes, I could have run an eraser over it, but then I would probably also have had time to finish it properly before submitting it. It will be cleaned up properly, but it will have to wait till I am done with the 23 pages of comic for the WoM. Plus the bonus pages, if I bother and Strop stops being a butt.
Thanks... I think... I can't quite make out whether it is an actual compliment or jut you trying to get points by making two word posts everywhere. Must be the complex and enlightened nature of your post that is making me confused...
Those are leather chaps, they're supposed to attach to the belt like that. They're actually (generally) worn over pants as extra protection when riding.
You obviously need to watch more westerns, or something:
As Strop said, they are there to protect you while riding, mainly if you ride through bushes or other low hazards, if you are galloping, which could cause stones to fly up, or simply to protect the trousers underneath from getting worn and torn by the many hours in the saddle.
Anyway, now that the WoM is progressing, I can take the liberty to repost some of it here.
Lightening is bloody hard to draw. Really. I personally really like how it came out overall, though, though I do keep considering whether I should have picked a different brush for the lightening.
Also, for the rest of that, the cloudCen/HalluCenation or whatever we might call him. He was less annoying to repeatedly draw, probably due to the simplicity of his design, and imagining him with some squeaky voice was just pure fun. And I am a little proud of the cameos and background characters I managed to shove in, though I should probably have planned it better in advance and thus have done a better job. One last look at the contestants, eh.
No? Really? Not even one of those horrible vague compliments?
... Anyway... It seems like a fine time to post some of the stuff that didn't make it to the WoM, mainly due to plots being changed or the artwork not being quite good enough. I don't think there is anything to say about any of it, really, and sorry if I have already posted some of this, too.
Not to mention the stuff where I went overboard with the blood... I like blood...
Don't care about the WoM as I used to, so much as I like that sweet lightning drawing. Reminds me of Tron, and the reason I didn't complement, was I saw it in the WoM and I thought Strop did it. I think. But anyway, nice one!
Well, there isn't much to care about now. Just a ton of unused material I have lying around. As for the lightening, well, thinking Strop made it goes well into how everything goes for some reason. Strop gets all the credit, I get maniacs complaining about horse porn. It's just how it is, I guess, unless I stop posting stuff.
