The user search is not an armor games creation; instead, I believe it was created by DDX. It works, but you need to know the name of the user almost exactly to get good results. As acmed said, there will be an official AG user search in AG3.
I do believe that it should have been it should have been in AG2, but I don't really care if there is one or not. You can easily find most active users by just going through the forum.
