Sorry about that but why make AG2 better when AG3 is about to come out?
If you're talking about the little updates like blue/green text in comments and the featured games thing then they are probably testing things that are going to be on AG3. It doesn't look like they're making any big updates to AG2.
Some of it was necessary for performance reasons.
