Hmmm... Well I believe that I would bail out every countries debts , help the poor, start a tropical vacation center, invest in some major world problems solving ideas. Then I would retire as poor as I started knowing that I at least tried to help out the world. Oh wait I'm not poor I have a tropical vacation center under my belt so I can earn my money now!

I think it would be pretty hard to spend all that money. Unless you gave it away, it would be extremely hard to lose it. By the time you're done you'd have probably owned a good portion of the world.

I would have destroyed most of it by that time. Not really letting people know how much I have until it's all gone. I wouldn't want the value of a dollar drop to zero ,or close to it, over night.

The government would take a big percentage of your money so you wouldn't have all of it to begin with.
If you won the money on a game show and lived in California the state would take half of it so you would only have 1/2 a googol. Still a lot of money though.

Why not just fix a few other countries while you are at it?
I would buy Google and Yahoo, both secretly, and have them compete with each other more intensely by influencing them to create features that make one noticeably better than the other. I'd never tell either of them that they were under the same ownership.
