Uh, yes, i used item mods. Pretty much everyone does. I didn't have help though, it was built completely by me.

That's pretty cool, i couldn't even find it for the first few seconds.

I think it looks pretty nice. What was the texture pack you used?


It's a heavily modified painterly pack designed for the server i play on.

Before i stopped playing with no mods, I built something similar.

(ignore the unlicensed copy, my brother is playing on my account at the time of the picture)

I planted a hell of a lot of trees, used bonemeal on them, and built a huge forest of trees. I then proceeded to carve out the middle into a house (no pictures D. This would have been much easier in 1.8 when you can pick up leaves, rather then early beta.

you could pick up leaves with shears in 1.7.3... and glass panes are in 1.8. they are made like a trapdoor but with glass, that gives you 16 panes. XD

This was made long before that, the picture was taken in 1.7.3. This was made probably 1.4 or 1.5
