It's called I'm with you and it's been out a while now so I assume a bunch of people have it. I was wondering what everyone things about it. My favorite top 5 songs have to be:
1. Monarchy of Roses 2. Factory of Faith 3. Even You, Brutus? 4. Ethiopia 5. Raindance Maggie or Dance, Dance, Dance
I love the new CD!!!! It's really good. It blends the elements of their two best albums, Blood Sugar Sex Magik, and Californication, in my opinion, and then it throws in some rock elements from Stadium Arcadium. My 5 favorite songs, no order, are:
1. Brendan's Death Song 2. Police Station 3. Meet Me At the Corner 4. Even You Brutus? 5. Did I Let You Know
Even without John, they're as strong as ever, and Kiedis, Flea, and Chad are all almost 50 years old. It's kinda crazy to think that. They seem like they never age. BSSM came out 20 years ago. Crazy stuff. They're one of my favorite bands ever. And I'm happy that this album is really good.
I bought the CD because I'm a fan of the Red Hot Chili Peppers like a lot of people but I don't enjoy it... I like only 3-4 songs on the last album:
1.Even You Brutus 2. Look Around 3. Annie Wants a Baby 4. Dance Dance
For me, without Frusciante, Red Hot are not the Red Hot. Flea and Chad are good like always but in my opinion, Kiedis don't sing very "well".
Concerning Josh Klinghoffer, he's a good guitarist. I don't disapprove their choice to substitute Frusciante by him. Josh is the second guitarist "hidden" of the RHCP for a long time until now. But meh... he's not Frusciante ^.^'
That has to be one of my least favorite song of the album. I think that it just drones on and on.

I don't understand why Frusciante is such a big factor. Anyways Josh has to be the best thing that could ever replace John. I was reading in Rolling Stone how much they miss John but that Josh couldn't of been better. They plan on keeping him for a while and coming out with a new album after touring the USA next year. As far as Anthony's singing, I don't think he sounds that bad for an almost 50 year old man who has been clean since 2000. I feel that from all of his substance abuse we are lucky he is still around.
