There's got to be at least 10 things wrong with this topic.
-This site is not for complaining -Absolutely doesn't belong in the Walkthrough Thread -It is way to short -It doesn't folly explain what about it should be more easy -Were your punctuation,you seem to be missing the period on the end of that sentence -I hope you were trying to say "Please can some one help me understand how to submit games. Because over 10000 people know how to but I do not" -And if you really think it's to complicated and would help the site to be better if it were made differently or easier then make a suggestion
While I do not approve of the "10 things you did wrong" part, it is still a little hard to make something so basic even simpler. If you have managed to make a flash game, it is assumed you are able to write in simple information like the name of the game you made, upload the file and upload a few choice images in the instructed sizes. Which is there to further promote your game.
So, I am sorry you find it to be complicated, but it does have written instructions. I also second the suggestion of making a thread in the support and suggestions section with a better written opening post as to what you think should change and how, if you still find it to be an issue.
