I personally enjoy the wii, i love nintendo, and all their games. Now we all know that they have extremely terrible games, and the graphics arent the best, but it is still a great system. I love to play Call of Duty on it, i think its alot more fun on the wii, please tell me your thoughts on the wii, and if you think its underrated.
I need to ask you something, have you tried another system? I've played COD on the Wii, and I've played COD on the Xbox, and there's no comparison, the Xbox is just unarguably better. The Wii has more shovel ware than the 80s. The only company that has made games on Wii that i fully enjoyed was Nintendo. They are the only ones who understand game design.
Yes, i have a 360, and have played call of duty on the 360 many times, but i honestly enjoy the motion gaming, its extremely fun, i know where your coming from, the wii is dumbed down, and the graphics dont even come close, but its only because of the ram, the wii doesnt have the processing power to handle it all, but i love the cod series for the wii, mario games, metroid, the conduit 2(i honestly think conduit 1 sucks) and may others
I don't think the Wii is that underrated. I personally do not like the graphics on the Wii which is why I play my playstation 3 alot more than my Wii, and I barely play my Wii at all. If the Wii U/2 improves on the graphics and the gameplay than I might change my mind and play it more. And I agree with master, COD is wwwaaaaayyyyy better on the Xbox and PS3.

I don't enjoy it on COD, it's not precise enough. I thought it would be a cool idea, but after trying it, It was just annoying. I enjoy the motion control on most games, but not shooters. It's kind of like playing a shooter on an IPod or IPad, it's different controls, but not better. If i ever get the kinect (which is a strong possibility) I'm sure the shooters are going to come out bad too.

The Wii's hardware is almost the same as the gamecube, meaning it's technology is almost 10 years outdated.

I never played the second, but the first one was decent compared to other shooters I had played at that time.

No they don't, they are just the only games you hear about. There's an insane amount of unpopuler shovel ware made only for the Wii.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl, the Zelda games, and some other pretty good Mario games make the Wii okay. But people these days or playing CoD and all that stuff.
The Wii has some great games I think. I don't really think its underrated, it's just geared toward people who like to play games on occasion, not hard core gamers who spend every waking second criticizing the game and spending hours trying to become pros. Wii sports? Good game if you just want to kill some time. Play it all day long? Hell no you'd be bored out of your mind.

Actually, there are some pros, look at conboy, dazran, they both play for michinima and play the wii
haha, didnt mean to make the whole thing a quote, whoops, and yes, there are tons of crap games out there for the wii, but that doesnt mean there arent good ones out there,and if you get the wii motion plus, the movements are extremely precise, more precise than ps3 move and kinekt, which are honestly attempts to compete with the wii
