Try updating the browser, or play on a different browser. Preferably IE, Chrome, or Fire Fox.

Yeah it saves automatic so don't worry put it does not save if u leave, when u are in a level.

papas freeziera wont save for my daughter either every night when she switches it off it goes back to the start its rubbish shes only 4 and spent ages on it yesterday but today gone

My games weren't saving with Chrome either. I think the best solution for those browsers is to manually hit the red quit button in the menu, and it will save.
