A good several new games appeared since Monster Island got here and it's still on the first place in the new games zone. This all made me wonder what's happening there - is some positioning mechanism faulty? Is the game really getting updated so often? Or is someone playing unfair with us to keep it on top?
I second this question. If the mechanism is that the designer is paying for it to stay up top, I have no problem with that because AG is a business after all.... but otherwise let a mediocre game fall by the wayside.
New popular games such as Monster Island stay on the front page for a while. Games like Raze, Scuba, and CTC are on the front page during its release are on for a while to promote it's popularity. The longest I've seen a game on the front page is 1 month, depending on how many games are submitted until then.
I think this is a glitch, since I've seen other games stay there for a while. I remember SSL being up there for at least a couple of weeks, and other games that, frankly, I can't remember.

I know right. I also agree with Schism. It is an ugly icon, and it's been up there for the longest time.
