What do you guys think about Rise of Nightmares for kinect?
I'm making a gameplay series for that game http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jYowEIjnXzU but i have to say, it is fairly boring of a game. It only looks like I'm having fun is because I'm making it fun by using props and saying jokes. I've been holding a broom, holding a cat scratching post, and wearing a Snuggie; that's only making the game decent enough to where I don't get bored in the linear dungeons.
I think the way the market the game is very stupid, it's basicly saying "hey! are you stupid enough that all your entertainment comes from pure blood and gore? well then play Rise of Nightmares!" I haven't played the game myself, but if I have time, I'll watch one of ur gameplay vids.
for some reason, every single one of my gameplay videos is darker on youtube. Think I might switch to vimeo.
After you beat the game, there IS an extremely fun part called "Endless Zombie Rampage" where it takes scenes from the game and adds in infinitely spawning zombies/lots of zombies. torture only mode, and you have to complete that scene in a time limit. It's amazing but it's only 3 scenes. Maybe if I can actually beat one of the scenes it'll unlock another?
But the game itself is just a whole bunch of linear corridors and a few zombies. Then there's that occasional boss battle.
