Considering the fact that it is being released on November 1, I have no idea how good it is. However, I am loyal to my Xbox 360 so I am not getting it anyways.

About two exclusive games? Let's see, the Halo series, Gears of War series, Fable series. Oh look 3 already. Mass Effect 1 too. Oh yeah, Crackdown. Dead Rising 1. Countless Xbox LIVE Arcade games, such as LIMBO, Bastion, etc. There's the Forza Motorsport series, and Too Human.
PS3 has LBP, Resistance, Killzone, Little Big Planet, and Uncharted. Oh, and God of War 3.
Also, Xbox does not provide internet. You pay for Xbox LIVE. You know, so that it is safe. From hackers. So it doesn't go down. For a month.
Anyways, from what I saw in E3 it should be very cinematic. Lots of juicy plot to swallow up.
