There is already notification on profile comments, you just have to enable it in your control panel. As for anyone commenting on a future game of yours, you will find it will punch you in the face from how many there are (and how many of them are deleted as spam). Unless you are talking about forum games, then I guess you will need to bookmark and check in yourself, or wait for AG3 to do something about it.
