The military knew exactly where he was (they bombed his car) and it wouldn't have been difficult because he was only traveling with 2 or 3 others. This is a debate forum. We are expected to maintain proper grammar and spelling. I know that I might come off as a grammar Jew (not Nazi, because I am Jewish), but in a debate one must maintain a civilized aura, even if you are facing someone you bitterly detest, or merely dislike.
Also, if you don't know about someone, don't comment on a thread about that person, without doing some research first.

in a debate thread, you make even the most heated debates civil. those who fling direct insults, use a thread just for the sake of arguing about something irrelevant to the subject, or just being a troll in general shouldn't be here. debating is an intellectual game, not an episode of jerry springer.
but I digress.
it sucks that we didn't give him trial by jury, but he was in al-quaeda. the group we swore we would eradicate by any means necessary. If we did capture him, and give him a trial, chances are somebody would kill him on the courthouse steps because of how they hated the man for what he did.
