I just saw the fourth one the other day and it has to be the most confusing movie I have ever seen. I know the whole back story but it was still as confusing as heck. Care to talk about the series?
I didn't really like it. It had too many sequels. And plus, didn't the guy die in the 2nd one (or the 3rd, I forget)? If you ask me, some guys up in Hollywood needed an excuse to make some less than PG blood and gore scenes, and Saw was the perfect excuse. Sorry if you liked Saw, but it was just lame.
I never said I liked it. It was ok-ish, not really, it was one of those movies that you can sit through but not want to watch again. I kind of like to see the different traps and such that they put people through to make them better people or whatever. It's crazy.
I actually thought the first movie was very good. It actually had a good plot to it and it wasn't impossible to follow like some of them are. The second and third moviea are decent. After that they are just awful.
I just had a discussion about the series with some friends today. I have only seen the first two movies. I like the plot twists but some of the traps are too gory and disgusting. I think I need to check out a few more of them.
if you dont understand the story line then you all would say stupid things like "the movies were lame" if you watch them all in order and get the plot it is one of the most twisted and well thought out movies of this day. there just arnt any other movies pushing boundaries and not caring if "everyone understands whats going on" like most dumbed down pathetic excuses of horror movies
I once watched Saw not knowing that that was actually Saw. A few years later I found out it was Saw and ever since i've been waiting for Saw to come out on TV cause i don't wanna watch it online cause our internet is so slow.
This series reminded me of Death Note's theme: bad people should die while the good people should live, only much more violent & bloodier. Lessons of life's essence is taught via morbid punishment. I'll try watching this in one go!
Saw, eh? My god the spinnin crucifix nearly made me puke. The machine twisted his arms and legs and head round till the muscles popped out the flesh and his bones broke. I nearly gouged my eyes for the sake of my own sanity; but it's too late; i'm disturbed. The disgustin one was when the reverse bear trap was attatched to her face and it tore it in half and u could see her tongue flappin about and then she slumped forward and died. One guy was injected with hydroflouric acid and his waist detatched from his body and his guts fell out and were semi-liquified. I have seen the deaths on youtube but I ain't seen the movies. I am not old enough.
I love the saw series. If your lookin for a serious mind-**** then that 's thes eries for u! But myself personally I prefer Final Destination series. death by accident? Magic.
I only liked the first, second, and third one when I saw them. The others are just meh, not really interesting and it's basically the same stuff over and over again: Man/Woman kidnaps people, puts them in place, makes someone from the outside play "the game" because they have something they want, man/woman does, some or nobody lives. The first three were far more exciting to me.
