Read the stickies and you will find out about the new features in AG3. There is also a beta which can be accessed here.
They are changing the websites layout and the way you get AP (armor points) and some other stuff you can read about.
As of now there is no changes at least not in prieview. Well there is a different layout but that hardly counts.
Yep, from the looks of it they'll be slowly adding features so us users can test them to make sure there are no major bugs so when they do decide to fully release AG3 it'll be good.
