Well then why'd you show it? We're not taking it down because some little kid saw it, really only 13+ should be playing/watching games on the site. If AG was geared towards a younger crowd, it'd probably not have that game in the first place.
Why would you show him? Did he ask? Or did you just decide to show him? It IS a zombie game, so duh it is gonna have some nasty pics. =P Adds to the effect of it, but there isn't that much variety. The pics repeated themselves quite a bit.
One of the first things I noticed about Rebuild was that the opening graphic is very gorey/scary (personally I hate such things). 2nd thing I noticed is that it's a great game--I played it for like 12 straight hours my first go. The same applies to Rebuild 2.
Thing is, neither game is very gorey at all when you play; the worst of it is during the zombie attacks in Rebuild 2, and even that pales in comparison to the opening graphic. Now when you play a game for the first time ever, and you've never seen anyone else play it before, then you have no way of knowing what's going to pop up on the screen at first.
It might be that Gavinatorxxx was showing games to his/her nephew, and selected Rebuild 2 to try as something new (the title itself doesn't sound any more like a violent zombie game than "SimCity 2000" does), and so the game loaded and OMGSCARYBLOODYZOMBIEFACEAAAHHHH!!!!(*kid screams & runs into the next room*). I don't know if that's what happened, but it's possible. I opened up the game in another tab while typing this comment just to be sure I was remembering right, and I almost jumped in my seat when the main menu appeared. And like I said, I've played it several times & it's one of my favorite games on AG! So the OP is really only the "guilty" one here if they've played it before and knew what the menu graphic looked like. (True, the icon for the game shows the same SCARYBLOODYZOMBIEFACE as the opening menu, but the icon is kind of dark and rather small, and depending on a person's screen resolution & graphic settings, might not be recognizable for what it is.)
Personally I think it ought to be changed, because not only is that OMGSCARYBLOODYZOMBIEFACE gratuitously gross, it's also not representative of the game itself. And the game itself not being very bloody is one of the things about it that appeals to me.
