Try get the Acid Hound its awesome (i got it). Flamethrowers are useless in water, well the fire will go away. Use the Holy Grail for a Quick kill, rockets are effective on the alien commander. The Kantana (sword) can get you a bonus credits so use it!!! NEVER USE THE CREDIT CANNON!!! IT WILL DRAIN YOUR HARD WORK!!!! Use the Hail Storm for an emergany-narly-out-of-ammo-for-other-wepons it has ALOT of ammo, and plus you will get bonus credits if you use the Hail Storms bounce.

If you caught on fire will the fire actually go away if your in water? For me it seems to burn and cause damage even when I'm completely in water.

I suck at using the Katana but it actually does quite a bit of damage. You have to be at a certain range to have it take effect though.

Why do you say "nearly out of ammo"? The Hail Storm is personally one of my favorite weapons.
Lawl, I have my own set... I have 4k credits (only!) But my favourite ability is static shield. A tip for dome got me Kill Streak, then Quadra kill. Its simple. Buy a 1300 Shredder, and go to the place in the dome with Rapid Fire, then, hold down and go left and right, shooting the ground, showering your enemies. (Be sure to swith fast if an enemy appears above you!). Also, my favourite is Capture the Flag and Domination. C.T.F is good because all the foes line up together, either attacking or defending. Simply run in and Explosive them all
to get more credits you should go on capture the flag and explode all the guards on the other team, also make sure you have the equipment that makes you have 2 extra credits per kill
For beginners buy [b]ION CANNON becasue it has good power and damage for early levels also the bubble blaster is sOOOOOOO WEAK! Holy Grail is Awesome!!!! (If you dont have many credits go and do Quick Match Do Deathmatch and set kills to 100 it can be done in a short time! Gets 1k or more credits if u win it)
Hail Storm is too weak for my tastes, I prefer using the Precision Laser. Also, flamethrowers are NOT useless in water; they still do base damage. I would also prefer the default rocket launcher; it does great damage,has good range and decent accuracy.

I would rather use Assault Bouncer. Yes I consider it a good assassin but the rate of fire seems too low, not as fast as the detail of this weapon showed us... This is the strongest point of Assault Bouncer : When the enemy was caught fire, try to shoot combo shot on them, the more fire on them, the more damage the Bouncer do, I killed one with only 3 shots...unfortunately, it must be the Bouncer's Fire, not Holy Grail's, Ion Cannon's, and even Flamethrower's.
I agree that it is weak dont shoot quick and theres way loads more of weapons to choose and i agree eith one comment the credit cannion is the worst weapon EVER! first your credits go quick and u get so little back i used it thats how i know.
ripper : if most of your weapons is out of ammo, this weapon can let you kill quickly
magnum : use this for 1-2hit kill the non-shield enemies
shotgun : use this for 1hit kill the non-shield for close range...(or the 20% shield enemies).2hit kill for the most enemies (except the 100% shield + adrenaline boost )
assault bouncer : for mutikill if you don't have your explosive weapon.
holy grail : strongest 1 hit kill weapon!(except the enemies whose used adrenaline boost
shredder : for burrow the ground and kill enemies.You also can use it in close range if you want to have a 1hit kill(because it's so strong)
rocket launcher : for mutikill and instant kill.or use for perish together at close range if you nearly death / you know you must be death / you have an adrenaline boost.

In Raze 2 : Different weapons - Different feelings/abilities/skills ! You have to find it yourself what weapon you're good at ! Some people are Sniper, some are Explosives weapons,... Anyway, I advise you use the Heavy weapons first,...they're good for anyone (except the Shredder) that have bad aims, in my opinion...
