Vortex Wars just updated to version 1.4, but it is extremely buggy. I played a 2-player game and discovered a bug. I then described the bug as a comment on the game. This is the comment:
Version 1.4 just came out, but the first game I played in the new version was either hacked or bugged. It was a 2-player game, which ended up in a draw (I got 5 XP for performance, then premium doubled it to 10). The bug/hack can be described as follows:
The first few turns were normal, then 3 of my territories got messed up. After that, the unit placement messed up too. Eventually, the game itself became buggy and I had the appearance of having surrendered, but I was still in the game. Blue had a few territories, but everything else appeared to have been surrendered by blue.
