Wagner the sniper starts shooting, but Kazhislov waits patiently with his rifle leveled just above their cover. Whenever an enemy pops out of cover and he has it, Kazhislov will take the shot.

Hey Loco, how many other guys (Allies) there are near my position? If there is use the radio to call for a Medic, and a couple guys, if there's nobody to call then they just keep doing what they where doing.
