I was thinking who should be the Herr Leutnant. Riesenthal is a sniper, so he won't do...Beckenbauer is a possibility, but he's probably better as an NCO with his background...Schultz is too green, although I could cast him as the inexperienced officer who has no idea what he's doing and gets people killed...Kemmerich would be the logical choice.
