Okay cool. Search the Americans' corpses for anything useful and take it. Ssgt. Heiskanen is in charge of inventorying everything in the Americans' camp and putting up the tents and whatnot there so that there's more room so that a few Germans can stay there as well, sort of like a forward camp. Lt. Richthofen collects the dogtags off of all the dead Americans and gives them to Ssgt. Hogan. He keeps the dogtags of the dead Germans. Then he and Heiskanen both go see the medic. Blutrescu and Wagner take sticks, lash up the Americans' corpses and promptly start using them as target practice. The medics gather and start patching up the people who were injured in the fight. I assume that there aren't any live Americans who surrendered?
Name: Karl von Richthofen. Age: 21. Gender: Male. Class: Fallschirmjager Assault. Nationality: German[Axis]. Personality: Disciplined but compassionate; loyal to God before country; intelligent but courageous. Phy.Desc.: Tall, muscular, Caucasian, blonde hair, blue eyes. Traits: jeebus save meh!: you get the occasional life saver, from teh OP god himselves, call me Cheesus Bio: He was raised in a very wealthy, prominent German family in Frankfurt am Main. His family was very religious, and strict discipline and morals were instilled in him from a young age, as well as extreme patriotism. Almost fanatically loyal, Richthofen joined at the beginning of the war, having been fooled by the recruitment propaganda and under the belief that the war was a good place and that he was serving Germany. When he first saw a concentration camp, however, he learned quickly that was not the case. Instead of deserting, which would've gotten him killed and been very dishonorable, Richthofen instead decided to continue serving Germany, but will defer to the Geneva Convention as well. Perk: Multilingual. ---------------------- Squad: Franz-Johann Wagner[Fallschirmjager Sniper], Dietrich Beckenbauer[Fallschirmjager Infantry], Kristof-Dominik Boross[Fallschirmjager Pilot], Markus Heiskanen[Fallschirmjager Machine Gunner], Erik Straussenberg[Infantry], Josef-Heinz Metzinger[Assault], Philipp-Claus von Wittgenstein[Medic], Radovan Blutrescu[Sniper], Stanmir Kazhislov[Machine Gunner]. Others: 1 Sniper, 2 Medic, 1 Machine Gunner, 1 Assault, 1 Pilot. Weapons: MP 34, Walther P38, 3 Model 24 Grenades, 1 Model 42 Nebeleihandgranate, 3 Panzerwurfmines, Kampfmesser 42. Uniforms: Military Fatigues, Modified Steel Helmet, Parachute/Harness. Misc.: Radio, Survival Kit, 20 ft. Parachute Cord.
the smoker of the group finds a couple packs of cigs and a humidor with Cuban cigars in it
There are actually a lot of smokers. Wagner and Metzinger smoke cigars, Heiskanen and Blutrescu smoke cigarettes, and Kazhislov will smoke either. Beckenbauer smokes too, but very rarely. WWII was right before people started realizing that, hai cigarettes aren't good for you xD Nazi Germany was actually the nation that got the anti smoking ball rolling.
Hogan thanks you for the dogtags
Heiskanen doesn't seem to mind Wagner and Blutrescu using the American bodies as target practice and even joins for a short while. But when Lt. Richthofen finds them, he gets extremely pissed. Long rant short, Blutrescu and Wagner are put on grave-digging patrol for all of the German and American bodies, and ordered to stop desecrating corpses. Richthofen of course helps them dig the graves, and he gives them proper soldier graves(helmet, rifle, and dogtags). Soldiers carried 2 sets of dogtags, so Richthofen gives 1 set to Ssgt. Hogan and uses the others on the graves. Beckenbauer feels sorry for Wagner getting stuck with grave digging duty, so he volunteers to help. Meanwhile, everybody else gets to work setting up defenses. The pilots set up claymores, explosives, and mines in front of the camp to take out enemy infantry and armor when they approach. The rest basically just improve on what the Americans had, or set up what was at the old camp.
