Title says it all. Which version do you enjoy more? Personally I favour the Brits on this one; the humor is more wry and sophisticated, plus the hosts seem more relaxed and comfortable.

Your thoughts?

The UK version is a lot better. It is funnier and when they are having a competition against each other you want (fill in favorite host here) to win. The American version just doesn't have the luster that the British version does.

Not even close. The Brits have had ten years to develop a format that makes all the presenters comfortable and the show has a much, much bigger budget.

The American version feels small and amateurish in comparison.

If the American version had a bigger budget and was given time to develop its own style, then asking this question again in five years might give a different answer.

This was one of my main gripes as well. Hopefully of course it gets better!

Do they have a Stig for the American Top Gear? I have never seen all of one episode.

The Stig for British Top Gear has changed once or twice already.
