If you don't want people to copy and paste any of your things, then don't make it available. Or put a kind reminder to please not copy this design/picture. I don't think the second thing would work very well though.
Too bad it's the Internet and people can do whatever they want. As far as I know it's not against the rules to copy and paste things from other users abouts.

It's so generic that trying to keep a patent tab on it is hopeless. Also, I see no harm in them copying this, even if it is yours (I swear I've seen this somewhere else on the net before).
