People post bulletin type things on there won profiles for points. Then when somebody tells them to stop, the just say "But i am posting things as bulletins to let other members know stuff".
That is why you go to control panel and type in what you want to say in the designated area. That way you get your "bulletin" out and you are not spamming for points, which, lets admit, are most peoples intentions.
Haha, this really does belong in the "Support and Suggestions" section. But that is fine.
