Make the game yourself, then. If you mean something like Kongregate's Kongai where the administrators update it/whatever then I doubt that'd ever happen. Kongai was bad from the start and was short lived, and the administrators here are always busy with their programming of the site, updating it/fixing it, etc., so I doubt they'd have the time to make something that probably wouldn't even be that good.
Doesn't seem like that great of an idea. Seems like it would probably either be overloaded all the time, only work half of the time or it wouldn't work at all nor be enjoyable.
