According to his rep, the lawsuit is not for money. It is to make a point that people can't just pick on celebs for 15 minutes of fame and expect to walk away. As to what her punishment if she loses might be, I will guess community service? She might be killed by a bieberite before then though. no joke though, she has gotten hundreds of death threats.

I understood that he's suing to make a point, but he's still going to get money, I'm not sure you sue for anything other then possessions.

I find this incredibly dumb, how a teenager can get so much power that if he just has sex it will be made a gigantic deal. If you, or I were to do the same, even we will have a hard time knowing what happened.

I've seen this thread under the "Last Post" in the WEPR too, although it's not actually in there.
On a seperate note, why do people care so much about the lives of celebrities? You would do crazy stuff/get angry/have stress/problems if a bunch of morons were following you around day and night trying to put you in a bad light no matter what you did. Celebrities are people too, why should we go into their lives simply because people like their songs or their acting ability?
