Um, not really. Do you mean that it's rating should be higher, or that there should be more people on it at a time? I love that game but I think it's rating, middle of the 8's right?, is just about where it should be. It still has some issues and the achievements still haven't been added, there is STILL no team option, and the races and upgrades are super expensive. So I don't think it is under rated at all.
