My internet is provided through a proxy server, will this affect the performance of armorgames.

It will probably affect your performance of how long it takes for any site to load seeing as how the data has to go through an extra server before it get's to you.

Also is this why i cant play ANY multiplayer?

That might mean that you're using ArmorGames from school, and 1) The Board of Ed. will see it and 2) ArmorGames might be blocked.
