Been happening a lot recently, I even made a thread, but none of the admins posted in it giving an explanation. They're probably doing something with the servers.
Just change browsers or exit out of the window, wait for a bit, and come back on. Worked for me a couple of times. But like Ghost said, it's been happening a lot.
Follow what Ghost and Dev said, and make sure 1) You have an enabled and updated flash player and 2) In the 'options' section of your browser make sure you select 'allow sites to show images'.
Clearing cache won't help if the problem is with the Armor Games servers. Over the past week or two they've been experiencing problems and it makes the site load very slowly and even impossible to get on at times.
