Hello,

Whenever I try to log into Armor Games to play a game (some games require you to log on to play multiplayer etc.), I get this:

"#105: status error: general"

I can still log in using the log-in bar on the top right corner of the site, but it still says I need to log in with the little pop up log-in thing in games that you need to log in to with.

Any idea what is the problem?

Any help is appreciated,
ZQFMBG

Thank you for the reply!

Actually that is the problem. When I have to log into Armor Games within the game to play (sometimes) it gives me that error code.

I am not sure what is the problem.

And troy27, it said this:

"#105: status error: general".

I think it's a Chrome problem. Here. And here.

I don't use Chrome. I use Firefox and use Windows XP. Do any of those cause the problem?

Both links mention solutions pertaining to windows xp and other browsers too. From what I've researched I think it might be a firewall problem. I'm not a techy guy so that's the best I can do on my phone now. Will try to get back to you when I get on my com.

I tried the second link and got the Winsock XP Fix thing and it did not work. All it did was turn off my firewall, which did not solve the problem.

I am concerned about the first one, the error 105 repair tool. I downloaded that without problems and when it did the scan to find out the problems, it said it found tens of thousands of problems (I don't remember the exact number). The thing I am worried about is it doesn't say what it is going to "fix" with all the programs or problems found. If it found 1 or 2 problems I would have done it, but it found several thousands so I don't know if it will totally change my computer.

What you described there is probably a security fraud that acts like an antivirus but is actually a virus itself. If you have a real antivirus (what you described does not qualify), I would recommend using it now before your computer gets changed/damaged.
