Thats a hard to answer question... I like a food made with a stew of beans with beef and pork,its called Feijoada,quite popular here in Brazil (it cant be translated to english as far as i know)
But my favorite food would be a salmon tartare I think. However, I think the best is variety. There are so many good things to eat and if you want to taste them all you need to travel to every corner of the world (wich means you never taste them all for common people).
