This is the main center for all your problems, complaints, suggestions or questions are answered. Here are examples to show you what it necessary.

Eg.

Question

I am worried about my AG points after I read about people losing points. Is there any threat?

There is no specific way of asking a question, just make it clear for people to understand.

Suggestion

I have a suggestion. Could we just have less rankings for it to be easier to understand. What do you think?

You need to put

I have a suggestion

just to let people know that that is a suggestion.

Problem

I am currently experiencing a problem. For some reason blah blah blah will not blah blah blah.

For this you need to show that this IS a problem. That is all of it.

Complaint

I have a complaint I would like to share. I am rather annoyed about the fact that blah blah blah blah blah blah.

Now this MUST be formal as I may be checking with contacts on Armor Games about punishments for very informal complaints.

Answering

Quoted by blah blah

I have a problem. Exit Path 2 will not load on my computer. I have flash 8.70.

The problem is you do not have the latest flash requirements to play that game. I think you should blah blah blah blah blah.

There is a certain format for answering things and certain rules.

1. Do NOT bother answering questions that you do not understand.

2. Leave stupid questions.

You must also say who quoted something, what they quoted and an answer to there thing.

So stop reading this and help someone out.

Please post the suggestions in the AGv3 section. The staff will not change how AG currently runs.

And please read the FAQ and the stickies before posting a question.

Such a specifically worded post.
And where is this back seat modding you are talking about exactly?

:O Backseat modding???

If the thread is just a general thread for people to congregate and discuss all their problems I think it should be fine, and not classified as backseat modding. Especially if it's concerning technical issues, then I guess that's fine.

But this is backseat modding. It's a little pain in the neck and makes me roll my eyes:

Now this MUST be formal as I may be checking with contacts on Armor Games about punishments for very informal complaints.

Since obviously the mods will and can do that, there's no need for anyone to go around and report about complaints that are informal. In fact, there isn't any punishment for phrasing a query in 1337-speak or atrocious English.

Either way.

I hope Cen doesn't mind when I stalk his profile or his comments:

Sea:
Cenere, I had to come to you because Asherlee closed comments. I am posting up in S&S a kind of agony aunt style thing where people answer other users problems, questions, etc. and I need a few top guys to help me out. Would you give me a hand?

Cen:
Well, isn't that what the newcomer's and the FAQ sticky is for? Unless of course it is technology based, which, in that case, I doubt I would be of much help.
But sure.

So yes, Cen or any mod, if you're around, is this partial back modding?

I am just here to see how far this thread will pull before it collapses on itself.
It might sound harsh, but as I mentioned in my reply, most should be covered by:
A) The FAQ sticky.
B) Reading any other sticky or the help page, or an former thread on the topic.
or C) Asking newbie questions in the newbie section.

I am still under the impression that this involves issues with the site, not:
1) User complaints
2) Rules being broken.
3) New suggestions towards the site
4) Anything covered by A, B and C.

I generally dislike threads like these because, unless they are actually stickied and mod/admin approved, they do little good, but I am in my lenient corner and will be observing.

There's a create new topic button near the top of each Forum Sub section you go into....And no they are not made randomly, they don't suddenly pop up like orcs from an orc pit.

Hmm, I seem to have forgotten that in my guide. Oh well, I was making it at midnight anyway, so that is fairly understandable.

how are new topics created?

Press

the green button.
Fill out the text boxes appropriately.
Press submit.

are they made at random

Preferably not.
We would like some actually thought put into the making of threads.

Because the OP sounded like a Q&A with the maker of this forum. Dunno.
