You contact the staff on their various email accounts (can usually be found on their profiles), and ask them what is going on, since they are actually able to do something. I believe there is a contact function as well, but emailing the staff seems to work better. support@armorgames.com is the one currently associated with trouble in games, if I remember correctly.
This could have been because of a lot of lag as it happens to me some of the time. Can you really not get back on at all? Usually it just lets me on after a while.
