As I heard of some news that some guy called Oscar Ortega Hernandez had attacked white house with an AK 47.
What are your thoughts about it?

It's also really ineffective unless you achieve complete and total victory against someone/something that is hated by a large majority.

I think something was lost in the translation, that seems a bit...under-thought out in English. Why would a cat attack a line?

Perhaps you mean something like, "A cornered cat may attack in desperation" or something, I don't know.

Not really. We've got literally hundreds of people who can take command should everyone above him or her die. Hundreds more can replace them.

You would have to destroy not just the head, but the body, and the whole house they live in to take out the US federal government.

that is why i think he is stupid.
If his pure evil plan was to kill US president(any valid reason aside)
he still used the least accurate way.

If I remember correctly the guy before this one who tried to shoot at the white house said he wasn't trying to kill the president he was just target practicing.

Wow what an idiot. He used a Soviet PSL sniper rifle (not ak47 said in original post) fired 9 rounds and only managed to hit one ballistic glass window? He's as dumb as the first guy back in '94 who used a cheap chinese SKS. The guy couldn't get the magazine back in because it was crappy chinese made and some tourists jumped him. When are they gonna learn? BUY AMERICAN!

I've never been afraid of the president being assassinated because everyone who tries is too stupid!
