I understand the site is undergoing updates/DNS changes, but apparently some people haven't had any problems logging in. I can login as guest and there are plenty of people playing on their normal accounts.
Is it a region specific update kind of thing going on, like, in sections? Anyone had any luck logging in to AG-Shell Shock Live on the east coast?
Thanks, guys. I guess I'll try tomorrow. On a side note, in case this happens some time in the future, is there any way to link your AG login with shellshocklive.com, or any of the other sites for that matter? I assumed I could just login on another site and play but I can't. I guess the accounts are site specific. I'm sure this has been addressed in another post somewhere, and I apologize if it has, but I can't find any information about it.
I've tried in the past and you can't. You have to restart, unless you somehow transfer the .sol files (I believe that's what the saved game files are called), but I have no idea how to do that.
Transferring files is an easy task, but the hard part is finding the files. I would beleive that they are in the temporary files if the savefile is on your computer.
If the savefile is not on your computer, I couldn't tell you how to retrieve it because I don't know.
