I need help
how do you do a screenshot and how do you make it as an image?

Press the button to the right of F12 (should be there), it'll say prtsc sysrq or something along the lines of that. Open MS paint and paste, then crop it however you want, save it. After that go to in image hosting site like PhotoBucket, Imgur, Imageshack, etc. then upload. Grab the direct link if you want to post it in the forums, press the "image" button above the text box then paste the link.

That's how to do it on a PC at least. I'm not sure how to do it on a Mac.

Or you can get a screenshot tool; I use Sniping Tool.

Or, if you have Chrome, get Webpage Screenshot. It's a lot more convenient to save and edit.

If you want to take only a partial screenshot, that is better than what GhostOfMatrix said. Otherwise, I would use what GhostOfMatrix said.

Or, if you have Chrome, get Webpage Screenshot. It's a lot more convenient to save and edit.


I guess I'll try that and compare it to the other options (I'm using Chrome).

Yeah that works really well!

For a mac, press command+shift+4. On a mac, it's easiest because it automatically saves it to your desktop as a JPEG.
