That would only be good for about 2 seconds, that is if the body doesn't fly away. And then you'd only be limited to Starters or Sidearms. I don't really think so unless they kept the corpse around for a certain amount of time, but you would be so limited with a meat shield, no jumping, no crouching, and Raze is an incredibly fast-paced game.
This^ unless you somehow are able to trap a body against something so that it doesn't fall, then you are completely out of luck. This could work for a rocket, but only once and highly unlikely that you won't sustain any damage.
This worked in opposite for me. I somehow managed to kill a human standing right in front of Raze at the same time he fired a rocket, forcing him to kill himself...
