I have to restart a game every time I log on, and I'm sure there is a setting I need to fix, but don't know what or where to find it. I have increased my storage on Flash to unlimited, it keeps resetting. Never had this problem before Flash 10.2. Any help is appreciated.

Please state which web browser you are using.

There should be an option for it in your browsers settings/options/preferences, just search around there. If you have trouble finding it, I may be able to help you if you're using a browser I'm familiar with, but otherwise Google'ing it should assist you with finding it.

Sorry, currently using Chrome, same thing happens with Explorer. Would it help to try Firefox?

For Chrome go to Options > Under the hood > Content settings > and you should see the things to check and uncheck.

If any of those in the red box are checked then uncheck them and it should fix the problem.

And if you download and install Firefox it'll set the things to recommended so it won't delete your save progress and such.

Also, are you using anything similar to CCleaner? Clearing your cookies/cache will delete your save progress unless you set it to not to in those type of programs.
