Because there is already another thread discussing hacking which I linked for you. Which for the second time, I am going to do again. Duplicate threads mess the forums and are locked.
Furthermore, making threads accusing other users of hacking, like a witchhunt is uncalled for, just report to a mod/admin with evidence and they will take care of it. Aside from that, shouting that they need to be stopped does nothing, so quit it.
