If it's Flash game, it's awaiting for authorization. The mods (I think it's them) have to inspect the game, look for any major faults and all, and then it may be published. Just be patient.

No, the admins do.
And it takes time for them to test the games, imagine how many games get posted here. If your game hasn't been posted on the site in two-four weeks then it's safe to assume they denied it.
